Upper right corner of t.p. deliberately clipped, traces of autograph visible. Unsigned, undated manuscript on astronomy bound- in at the end of v. 2, on verso of terminal leaf and 2 additional leaves. Contains references to authors; 2 drawings and a chart. Borrowed twice by John Jay. First, on February 14, 1791 (v. 2) and returned on February 19, 1791, vol. 1 borrowed on the same date and returned on February 21, 1791; borrowed again on October 29, 1791 (v. 1 only), returned on November 18, 1791.
